Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Process Consultant to lead the evaluation and optimization of supply chain and strategic sourcing processes in preparation for the upgrade. The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in manufacturing supply chains, strategic sourcing of materials, and ERP process alignment, ensuring that SAP implementation is built on a foundation of streamlined, future-ready operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end process assessments across sourcing, procurement, material planning, and logistics functions
- Identify process inefficiencies, redundancies, and bottlenecks critical to address before the SAP upgrade
- Redesign supply chain and sourcing processes to align with SAP S/4HANA best practices and operational goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Engineering, Finance) to ensure future-state processes are harmonized across functions
- Develop detailed process documentation, workflows, and gap analyses
- Support master data readiness, procurement policy standardization, and supplier onboarding strategies
- Serve as a key stakeholder in change management and business readiness planning for SAP transition
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of experience in supply chain and strategic sourcing within manufacturing (semiconductor or high-tech equipment industry preferred)
- Proven experience with process reengineering or transformation projects in advance of ERP upgrades (especially SAP)
- Strong understanding of indirect and direct material sourcing strategies, MRP, supplier management, and logistics
- Familiarity with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.)
- Excellent analytical, facilitation, and communication skills with a strong sense of ownership
Preferred Certifications:
- APICS CSCP / CPIM, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or SAP Certification
