Location : Columbus, OH Onsite
Duration of project : Contract | 6+ Months

Description:
Title : Salesforce Senior Admin/developer
Location : Columbus, OH Onsite
Duration of project : Contract | 6+ Months
Note: Must possess active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect)
5 years' experience REQUIRED:
- Architect and build complex business automation using Salesforce Flow
- Proven experience with Salesforce DevOps processes and tools for code management and deployment
- Expertise in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and LWC
- Proven Salesforce rescue and incident management experience triaging Sev1/Sev2 issues
- Automated testing and quality gates
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer.
- Must possess active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve complex issues in a production environment.
- Expertise in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and LWC.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce administration, including security models, data management, and user management.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset).
- Experience in a small IT team environment.
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification.
