Job Title: Manager, Procurement Services Master Data Management

Pay Range: $129000Years - $129000Years
- The Procurement Master Data Manager will be responsible for enhancing procurement data management maturity, ensuring data quality, and driving governance standards across procurement platforms.
- This role involves leading initiatives to improve data integrity, supporting enterprise objectives, and managing a team of master data professionals while working cross-functionally to deliver business value.
- Implement strategies and initiatives to enhance procurement data management maturity and align with company objectives.
- Establish and enforce procurement master data standards, taxonomies, and naming conventions across procurement platforms.
- Manage enhancements to master data workflows and MDM tools in collaboration with IT.
- Translate business requirements into actionable data management initiatives.
- Support execution of foundational data maturity activities under the Procurement and Enterprise Data Management strategies.
- Lead and deliver data quality improvement initiatives to support risk-informed, data-driven decision-making.
- Communicate updates and developments in data governance and integrity to improve organizational data literacy.
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to resolve issues and improve outcomes.
- Identify and escalate data security, access, ownership, and governance policy issues.
- Manage and support a team of master data professionals.
- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Master s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Knowledge of data management best practices, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards (e.g., SOX).
- Experience leading and developing teams, fostering a collaborative and data-driven culture.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence senior leadership.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience managing ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and procurement platforms (e.g., Ariba).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
