Job Details
Responsibilities:
- 12+ years in software development; 8+ years UiPath.
- Experience with SAP , Salesforce based automations
UiPath Platform experience Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding, Automation Hub, Insights, Task Capture, (Knowledge of AgenticAI will be plus). - Provide architectural direction and technical leadership to the RPA development team.
- Guide the team in adopting best practices in RPA design, development, and deployment.
- Mentor and support junior RPA developers; review code and ensure quality and compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, senior developers, business analysts, and executive stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities; recommend tools and strategies to optimize efficiency.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs and operational procedures.
- Implement DevOps practices for RPA projects, including CI/CD, automated testing, and version control using tools such as GitHub.
- Oversee Orchestrator setup, configuration, and bot administration.
- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle fundamentals & best practices.
- Ability to identify and solve complex problems.
- Must be able to identify and learn new technologies quickly.
- Provide maintenance to production BOTs by ensuring support for incidents; investigate reported errors, and propose resolutions and support tasks, respect SLAs agreed with business for production downtime.
- Define and plan the development approach for larger projects/solutions through smaller developments using object-oriented design skills.
- Meet with and/or shadow business process owners on their business process to understand critical inputs, steps, and decisions.
