Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design Salesforce solutions tailored to Lifesciences, Pharma, and Healthcare industry needs.
- Lead technical design sessions and document detailed architecture and integration strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11.
- Integrate Salesforce with clinical systems, ERP, and other healthcare platforms using APIs and middleware.
- Define and enforce development standards, security protocols, and data governance policies.
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases and healthcare technology trends to drive innovation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
- Salesforce certifications such as CTA, Application Architect, or System Architect.
- Proven experience in Lifesciences, Pharma, or Healthcare projects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and integration tools like MuleSoft or Informatica.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and regulatory frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce Veeva CRM or other pharma-specific platforms.
- Knowledge of patient engagement, clinical trial management, and provider network solutions.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
