Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and design Salesforce solutions tailored to Lifesciences, Pharma, and Healthcare industry needs.
  • Lead technical design sessions and document detailed architecture and integration strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA, GxP, and 21 CFR Part 11.
  • Integrate Salesforce with clinical systems, ERP, and other healthcare platforms using APIs and middleware.
  • Define and enforce development standards, security protocols, and data governance policies.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and healthcare technology trends to drive innovation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
  • Salesforce certifications such as CTA, Application Architect, or System Architect.
  • Proven experience in Lifesciences, Pharma, or Healthcare projects.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and integration tools like MuleSoft or Informatica.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) and regulatory frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce Veeva CRM or other pharma-specific platforms.
  • Knowledge of patient engagement, clinical trial management, and provider network solutions.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks
