Disear, desarrollar, mantener y entregar soluciones y aplicaciones de Prueba y Automatizacin (incluir software y programacin) necesarias para todos los productos fabricados en la planta. Descripcin genrica del puesto
Disear, desarrollar, mantener y entregar soluciones y aplicaciones de Prueba y Automatizacin (incluir software y programacin) necesarias para todos los productos fabricados en la planta. Brindar asistencia tcnica a las reas de produccin para equipos de prueba y produccin. Apoyo a todos los grupos durante las Fases de introduccin de nuevas lneas de productos y actividades de mantenimiento de los productos existentes.
Responsabilidades:
- Responsable de actualizar o escribir programas (Software) para produccin, montaje y pruebas.
- Establecer Mtodos de Manufactura, Pruebas, Equipos, Sistemas para nuevos productos y mejora de los Equipos existentes.
- Investigar, Desarrollar e implementar nuevos mtodos de prueba, diseo de equipos y sistemas para mejorar los Procesos de Fabricacin y cumplir con las Especificaciones del Producto.
- Brindar asistencia tcnica, servicios y soporte a todas las lneas de productos, asumiendo el liderazgo para investigar e implementar una solucin segn sea necesario.
- Iniciar las acciones necesarias para alcanzar o superar las Metas de Reduccin de Costos dentro del rea de Responsabilidad.
- Funcionar como miembro responsable del equipo con ingenieros de producto, personal de control de calidad y supervisin de fbrica para mantener un alto grado de calidad y productividad.
- Generar todas las documentaciones y procedimientos necesarios para liberar todas las soluciones o equipos de prueba.
- Ayudar y apoyar el programa de desarrollo y capacitacin de tcnicos, ingenieros y personal de control de calidad.
- proporcionando orientacin tcnica a medida que avanzan en los proyectos asignados.
- Investigar e implementar nuevos equipos, herramientas, procesos para Reducir Costos de Fabricacin.
- Cumplir o superar las Metas de Reduccin de Costos establecidas.
- Iniciar y mantener registros pertinentes de equipos, herramientas y procesos.
- Proporcionar estimados oportunos para equipos y herramientas nuevos/revisados.
- Mantener buenas relaciones laborales con los trabajadores de produccin y todos los niveles de supervisores y gerentes.
- Reduccin de Costos asesorando a Ingeniera en cambios de diseo.
Estar activo y actualizado en la norma ISO 9000 dentro del rea de responsabilidad.
Requerimientos basicos:
- Licenciatura en Electrnica, Mecatrnica o Sistemas Digitales.
- 80% Ingls
- +3 aos de experiencia en diseo y mantenimiento de nuevos equipos.
- Las Windows/CVI y Lab-View, Visual Basic.
- Programacin SQL y Sistema de Adquisicin de datos, Red IT.
- Lean Six Sigma
- Compromiso con la satisfaccin del cliente y trabajo en equipo.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en distintos turnos.
Requerimientos deseables:
- Diseo de automatizacin para equipos.
- Puesta en marcha compleja de sistemas electrnicos.
- Presentar recomendaciones de manera profesional.
- Equilibrar la carga de trabajo.
- Preferentemente Maestra en Sistemas Elctricos o Digitales.
- Habilidad para trabajar con equipos con sistemas electrnicos.
- Experiencia en las industria manufacturera (Ensamble de producto).
- Resolucin de problemas utilizando mtodos analticos.
- Entender los objetivos de la industria Manufacturera.
