Job Description

We are seeking a Techno-Functional Business Analyst with a strong background in eCommerce and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business and technology teams, understanding technical nuances and translating them into clear, structured business requirements to ensure seamless solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Translate technical concepts such as integrations, APIs, and data flows into business-aligned deliverables.
  • Partner with Solution Architects and Product Owners to define scope, design user journeys, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Own and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting process documentation.
  • Facilitate requirement workshops, sprint planning, and UAT activities to ensure smooth execution and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 10 15 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with proven exposure to eCommerce and retail ecosystems (must-have).
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce/retail and integration workflows.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments, with the ability to manage changing priorities effectively.
