ERP agnostic Business Analyst
Dallas, TX- Onsite

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Business Analyst with experience working across various ERP platforms (ERP agnostic) and strong expertise in business reporting, analytics, and data visualization. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, gather and analyze business requirements, and provide actionable insights through reporting tools.


Key Responsibilities:

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to ERP and reporting processes.

Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT to identify process improvement opportunities.

Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to support ERP-related projects regardless of the platform (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, etc.).

Develop, automate, and maintain reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

Create detailed business process documentation, functional specifications, and user stories.

Support UAT, training, and post-implementation review activities.

Analyze large datasets and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and reports.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an ERP-agnostic environment.

Strong understanding of ERP systems (familiarity with multiple platforms is a plus).

Proficiency in reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel (advanced).

Solid understanding of business processes, especially in Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
