About the Role

We re looking for a skilled and strategically minded UX Researcher to help us scale our research capabilities and continue delivering user-centered innovation across our Entertainment group. Over the past 18 months, UX research has made a measurable impact on our products, driving increased demand for insights. As our team grows, we need a versatile researcher who can independently plan, execute, and deliver impactful studies and contribute to shaping our broader research strategy.

You ll join a fast-paced, collaborative environment where research is core to product development, and your work will directly influence key business and design decisions.

What You ll Do

  • Lead end-to-end research efforts from planning to execution on high-priority initiatives.
  • Design and conduct mixed-methods studies (qualitative and quantitative), using techniques such as:
  • Usability testing (remote and in-person)
  • User interviews
  • Surveys and literature reviews
  • Ethnographic/field research
  • Concept testing and storyboarding
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and data scientists to define goals and integrate research findings into product strategy.
  • Analyze and synthesize data into clear, actionable insights and present findings through compelling storytelling and visualizations.
  • Partner with the Senior UX Research Strategist to shape research roadmaps and improve team processes and methodologies.
  • Contribute to developing scalable research practices, guidelines, and documentation.

What We re Looking For

  • 3 5 years of hands-on UX research experience or related fields (e.g., HCI, psychology, anthropology).
  • Strong grasp of a variety of research methods, with the ability to choose and apply the right one(s) based on project needs.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Excel, Tableau, and qualitative platforms like Dscout or usertesting.com.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex insights into clear, impactful stories for cross-functional audiences.
  • Strategic mindset with interest in shaping research direction, not just delivering data.
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional environments.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with diary studies or longitudinal user tracking.
  • Familiarity with research operations (participant recruitment, tools management, etc.).
