Job Description
Seeking a highly skilled Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect to lead and architect enterprise personalization solutions. The role involves strategic solution architecture, deep expertise in AEP components, and integration orchestration to enable scalable and high-performing customer experience platforms. The position requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders and leadership in personalization technology best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architecture and design of personalization solutions using Adobe Experience Platform Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, Adobe Target, and Audience Manager.
Develop enterprise personalization blueprints aligned with business goals, marketing strategies, and customer experience visions.
Define and maintain personalization roadmaps ensuring scalable, high performing solutions.
Architect AEP data models, XDM schemas, ingestion pipelines, and profile unification strategies.
Define identity resolution strategies, segment definitions, and audience activation workflows.
Leverage AEP Decisioning Services for real-time content and offer personalization.
Design integrations between AEP and external systems including CRM, analytics platforms, marketing automation, e-commerce, and call centers.
Enable cross-channel orchestration with Adobe Journey Optimizer and real-time triggers.
Collaborate with engineering teams for seamless API-based and batch-based data exchanges.
Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and data governance best practices.
Optimize AEP configurations for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
Establish governance frameworks for audience and personalization rule management.
Act as personalization thought leader for internal and external stakeholders.
Partner with marketing, analytics, and technology teams to identify use cases and deliver business outcomes.
Mentor junior architects and implementation teams on best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 12 years in Digital Marketing, MarTech, or Data Architecture with a strong focus on personalization.
At least 5 years hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform including Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, Decisioning Service, and Adobe Target.
Strong knowledge of XDM schemas, identity resolution, segment building, decisioning, and activation.
Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale personalization solutions.
Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and customer data governance.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and modern integration patterns (APIs, event streaming, ETL).
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Adobe Certified Expert in AEP or related Adobe Experience Cloud products.
Experience in retail, BFSI, travel, or telecom industries with large-scale personalization needs.
