Provide Windows Desktop administration for physical Windows hosts at various locations. Perform proactive monitoring to identify potential issues and/or problems and provide resolution. Manage and troubleshoot all managed portable and virtual Microsoft Windows Desktops in addition to physical on-premises hosts Maintain Client Management Systems - SCCM (both), Workspace One (portable hosts), Nerdio Management Plane (Azure/virtual) Provide support to resolve complex technical operational problems. Provide Windows Desktop administration for all physical, portable, and virtual Windows hosts at various locations. Maintain and update Azure Windows Virtual Desktops, host pools, add virtual memory, CPU and storage when needed. Diagnose and document problem resolution, provide Root Cause Analysis, if needed.
