Job Summary:

We are seeking a NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant with strong project management capabilities to lead ERP initiatives from conception to delivery. This role requires a blend of technical NetSuite expertise, functional business process understanding, and project leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations and enhancement projects
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements across departments
• Configure NetSuite modules including Finance, CRM, Inventory, and Order Management
• Design and develop customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteFlow
• Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business goals
• Oversee data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Develop and deliver user training, process documentation, and system manuals
• Maintain and support system integrations and troubleshoot technical issues

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of NetSuite techno-functional experience
• 2+ years of project management experience in ERP or business systems
• Proficient in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• NetSuite certification and PMP/Agile certification are a plus
