Job Details

Resource 1 is looking for a Pega Decisioning Architect for a 6+ month remote contract assignment. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing Pega decisioning solutions that drive personalized experiences and optimize customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in Pega decisioning, strong analytical skills, and a passion for leveraging data to create impactful business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement decision strategies using Pega Decision Hub to enhance customer interactions.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective decisioning strategies.
  • Create cross-channel decisioning solutions across web, mobile, email, and social media for consistent, personalized experiences.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and IT teams to define and optimize decisioning solutions.
  • Leverage Pega AI & machine learning to personalize customer experiences and improve engagement.
  • Design and optimize Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies using Pega NBA Designer.
  • Continuously monitor and refine decisioning strategies based on performance data.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal development standards.
  • Develop documentation and provide training to business users and team members.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Pega Decisioning and related technologies.
  • Possess PCDC certification (Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant).
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience in cross-channel marketing campaign development.
  • Proficiency in Pega Decision Hub, Customer Decision Hub, and related Pega tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lead projects, coach team members, and provide peer reviews.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for bringing new technology solutions.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills:

  • T3 Security Clearance.
  • Pega Data Scientist Certification or Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA).
