Summary:
Client is seeking a Manager, Procurement Services Master Data Management to lead procurement data integrity, governance, and strategy. This role oversees creation, maintenance, and accuracy of procurement master data while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards. The manager will drive data quality improvements, implement governance frameworks, partner with IT and cross-functional teams, and lead a team of data professionals.

Client is seeking a Manager, Procurement Services Master Data Management to lead procurement data integrity, governance, and strategy. This role oversees creation, maintenance, and accuracy of procurement master data while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards. The manager will drive data quality improvements, implement governance frameworks, partner with IT and cross-functional teams, and lead a team of data professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and enforce procurement master data standards, workflows, and tools.
- Lead data quality, governance, and process improvement initiatives.
- Partner with IT, Procurement, Finance, and Supply Chain to align data structures with business goals.
- Translate business requirements into actionable data management strategies.
- Build stakeholder relationships and communicate governance updates.
- Manage and develop a high-performing master data team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree + 8 years relevant experience, with leadership background.
- Strong expertise in data governance, quality management, and procurement.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and procurement platforms (Ariba).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Master s degree preferred.
Compensation:
The annual starting salary for this position is between $129,000 $184,800 (Bay Area) annually.
