Role: Microsoft D365 Customer Engagement & Power Platform Solution Architect Duration: Long Term Location: San Bernardino, CA (On-Site)
Key Skills: 1. Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement):

  • Customizations: Entities, Forms, Views, Business Rules, Site Maps
  • Development: Plugins, Actions, Custom Workflows in C#
  • Managed Solutions packaging & deployment
  • Model-Driven App configuration

2. Power Platform:

  • Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
  • Power Automate (Cloud Flows and integrations)
  • Power BI (for audit trail and operational reporting)
  • Power Pages (Portal development and administration)

3. Azure Functions and Azure Integration:

  • REST/SOAP API Integration
  • .NET Core & .NET Framework-based Azure App Services
  • Use of Azure Web Jobs, Azure SQL, Logic Apps
  • Working with Azure AI and Document Intelligence (for OCR/XML workflows)

4. Azure DevOps (ADO):

  • Pipelines for CI/CD
  • Azure Boards for agile backlog & sprint planning
  • Azure Test Plans (automated/manual testing)
