Job Overview

The Senior SCCM Expert will:

  • Modernize and optimize Group Policies for better performance and faster boot times.
  • Design and automate Windows 10 Windows 11 upgrades using SCCM and PowerShell.
  • Package, test, and deploy apps (MSI, UWP) using modern techniques.
  • Lead migration from AirWatch to Microsoft Intune for mobile device management.
  • Mentor internal IT staff and establish SCCM best practices.
Required Skills
  • 7+ years of hands-on SCCM / MECM experience.
  • Strong in Group Policy Management, Windows OS deployment, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Expertise in application packaging (MSI, UWP).
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, AirWatch, or Workspace ONE.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Certifications (MCSA, MCSE, Endpoint Manager).
  • Experience working in enterprise or government environments.
