Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join our team for a 4-month engagement. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle HCM, particularly in the Time and Labor (OTL) module, and possess a strong functional solution architect mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and provide functional expertise in Oracle HCM Time and Labor (OTL) module implementations.

  • Configure Oracle HCM modules and organize/executing testing strategies.

  • Manage system integrators or implementation partners effectively.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.

Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience with Oracle HCM Time and Labor (OTL) module.

  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM configuration and testing processes.

  • Proven ability to manage system integrators or implementation partners.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Functional solution architect experience in Oracle HCM implementations.

  • Experience in end-to-end Oracle HCM projects.
