This role requires deep technical and architectural expertise in Salesforce, as well as strong leadership and communication skills to drive platform governance, innovation, and standardization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and governance of the Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE) to ensure alignment with enterprise standards, best practices, and strategy.
  • Collaborate with business and IT leaders to define platform roadmaps, standards, and reusable assets that promote cross-functional consistency.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation, integration, and platform optimization.
  • Provide architectural oversight for Salesforce Vlocity (OmniStudio) and Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementations.
  • Work closely with teams integrating Salesforce with AWS Connect or Service Cloud Voice (SCV) for seamless customer service and contact center experiences.
  • Conduct high-level architectural discussions and present solutions clearly and confidently to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Vlocity (OmniStudio) and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
  • Strong understanding and implementation experience with AWS Connect or Service Cloud Voice (SCV).
  • Ability to engage in strategic architectural discussions proactively - without heavy prompting.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, integration patterns, security, and governance frameworks.

  • Demonstrated enthusiasm, professionalism, and strong presence in meetings and interviews.
  • Salesforce certifications are required (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect).

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms, APIs, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, AWS).
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise deployment models (CI/CD, DevOps).

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week in Atlanta, GA or Miami, FL
  • Must be available for in-person collaboration and CoE governance sessions.
