We are seeking 2 experienced ServiceNow Architect to support a healthcare client in Miami, FL. This is a remote, contract role responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments. The architect will partner with IT leadership, analysts, and operational stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact workflows that improve efficiency and user adoption.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions
- Drive workflow optimization and process automation aligned with business and healthcare needs
- Serve as technical lead for high-complexity ServiceNow projects and enhancements
- Provide oversight and mentorship to developers, analysts, and administrators
- Define configuration, customization, and integration requirements
- Support complex integrations, upgrades, and troubleshooting efforts
- Collaborate with vendors and manage third-party relationships
- Participate in governance, operational reviews, and adoption assessments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- 7+ years of relevant IT experience
- Strong ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience
- Healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred
- Advanced ServiceNow certifications (CIS, CTA) preferred
