Immediate need for a talented Field Service Technician. This is a 03+ months Contract to Hire opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Cherry Hill Township, NJ (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $20 - $21/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Provide on-site technical support for staff and end users
- Perform break/fix support for laptops, desktops, printers, and servers
- Installation & Maintenance
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
- Perform quarterly preventative maintenance (some after-hours required)
- Support rollout and upgrade projects
- Networking & Cable Management
- Terminate, test, and replace network cabling (Cat5, Cat6, Cat7)
- Perform rack-and-stack activities and smart-hands network support
- Organize and manage cable layouts for optimal performance
- Training & Documentation
- Train staff on new systems and technologies
- Maintain accurate documentation of support requests, configurations, and resolutions
- Asset & Inventory Management
- Track and manage hardware, software licenses, and inventory levels
- Assist with asset audits and lifecycle management
- Security & Infrastructure
- Maintain secure and efficient network infrastructure
- Support online ordering and delivery platforms
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills:["Field Service Technician", "IT Support", "Hardware Troubleshooting", "Break/Fix Support", "Desktop Support", "Printer Support", "Network Cabling", "Rack and Stack", "Cable Management"].
- 5+ years of relevant IT field experience
- Candidates with 1+ year of experience will be considered if CompTIA A+ certified
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Hands-on experience with:
- Break/fix troubleshooting
- Network cabling and termination
- Rack-and-stack and cable management
- CompTIA A+ (required or strongly preferred)
- CompTIA Network+ (preferred)
- Equivalent experience (5+ years) may substitute for certifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to use a ladder (up to 10 ft reach)
- Light contractor work (drilling, mounting hardware to walls/countertops)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Must complete client-specific training and pass certification exam
