Primary Job Duties:
Analyzing, configuring, and optimizing SAP SD to meet customer requirements
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand S&D processes
Implementing system enhancements
Ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules
Providing leadership to large teams of functional or technical personnel
Required Skills:
10 or more years of SAP experience
Subject Matter Expert experience in designing/configuring business processes in the SAP Sales and Distribution (SAP SD) module
Ability to translate business process and requirements into system solutions
Demonstrated ability in the application of functional and technical expertise to improve the performance of the business resolution of functional and technical integration issues across SAP modules
Bachelor's degree in a recognized technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, business, or other discipline related to area of expertise. An additional four (4) years of relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of and experience with DoD and specifically Navy ERP
Familiar with Navy and/or DoD IT architectures
Experience in post go-live production support and break/fix
Focus on customer service and responsiveness, with sound customer handling skills
Experience in software development lifecycle surrounding requirements gathering, analysis, test (functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance), implementation, and postproduction support of standard and custom business solutions supporting the SAP SD module
SAP SD Reimbursement process experience
Experience and knowledge of SD integration points with FI/CO/FM/PS modules and across other SAP modules
