Job Details
Title: Senior Solutions Engineer (Healthcare)
Location: New York
Experience: 10+ Years
Visa: GC
RSA is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to work directly with enterprise healthcare customers as a forward-deployed engineer. You will lead on-site discovery, own production deployments, and deliver end-to-end technical solutions for health system partners.
Responsibilities:
- Lead customer discovery and production deployments for healthcare clients
- Build and deploy integrations with EHR systems (Epic, Athena) using SQL, FHIR APIs, and HL7
- Develop production-grade solutions using Python, TypeScript/React, and PostgreSQL
- Debug complex issues across APIs, databases, and data pipelines
- Collaborate with Solutions Consultants, Product, and Engineering teams
- Influence product roadmap through field insights
Requirements:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack skills
- Expertise in Python, TypeScript, and advanced SQL
- Experience working with external systems and customer data environments
- Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills
- Healthcare domain knowledge (EHRs, clinical/RCM data, FHIR/HL7)
Nice to Have:
Epic/Cerner integrations, health IT background, forward-deployed engineering experience.
