About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to lead high-value sales initiatives, build strategic relationships with key enterprise clients, and drive revenue growth across our portfolio of AI, Data Analytics, Cloud, and Digital Transformation solutions. This is a senior leadership role focused on hunting new business, managing strategic accounts, and building enterprise relationships that accelerate our growth in key markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic enterprise sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and close large-scale opportunities with enterprise clients across verticals such as
  • Retail, Hi-Tech, Manufacturing, BFSI, etc.
  • Build C-level relationships and act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and presenting
  • tailored solutions.
  • Lead RFP responses, proposal development, pricing strategy, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with Pre-sales, Marketing, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure aligned and compelling
  • customer engagement.
  • Maintain a healthy and predictable sales pipeline using CRM tools and reporting metrics.
  • Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and executive briefings.
  • Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to building a high-performance sales culture.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise/B2B sales within the IT services or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital solutions including AI/ML, Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), Data Analytics, and
  • Product Engineering.
  • Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to influence CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
