Job Details

Process Engineer Global Incident Management

Responsible for redesigning and optimizing global incident management processes in alignment with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Business Resiliency, and Crisis Management. Led the end-to-end assessment, pilot, and implementation of a new operational model, including triage workflows, client reimbursement, and escalation protocols. Developed standardized global templates, KPIs/SLAs, and RACI frameworks. Facilitated cross-functional workshops, gathered business requirements, and supported user acceptance testing (UAT) to enable scalable, measurable outcomes.
