Job Details
Engage with business users and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements related to Sales processes.
Configure and customize the D365 Sales module to meet business needs.
Map business requirements to D365 capabilities and provide process improvement recommendations.
Drive functional solution design including configuration, workflows, business process flows, and forms.
Support pre-sales activities such as demos, solutioning, and proposal development when required.
Create functional documentation including solution design documents, functional requirement specs, test cases, and training materials.
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, customizations, and reporting requirements.
Conduct user training, testing, and support go-live readiness.
Adhere to Microsoft best practices for D365 implementation and optimization.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM, with a minimum of 3 years working specifically with the Sales module.
Proven experience in end-to-end implementations of D365 Sales, including requirement gathering, gap analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Strong understanding of sales processes such as lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, and sales reporting.
Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and familiarity with Dataverse.
Good knowledge of CRM integration points with other systems (ERP, marketing automation, etc.).
Ability to create detailed functional documents and provide end-user training and support.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid/onsite environment 2 3 days per week.
