Job Description:
As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful and timely delivery of projects related to network infrastructure and services. You will provide technical oversight, guidance, and leadership to project teams, ensuring that solutions meet client requirements, quality standards, and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:
Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure on-time delivery.
Technical Oversight and Expertise:
Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, including engineers and technicians.
Conduct technical reviews and assessments to ensure solutions align with client requirements and industry standards.
Serve as a subject matter expert in Route/Switch technologies, specifically Meraki/Aruba switching and standard routing.
Quality Assurance and Testing:
Define and implement quality assurance processes and standards for network infrastructure projects.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of network configurations, ensuring reliability, security, and performance.
Review and approve technical documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and test plans.
Client Communication and Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
Foster positive relationships with clients through effective communication, transparency, and responsiveness to their needs.
Address client feedback and concerns promptly, working to resolve issues and maintain client satisfaction. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager or similar role in network infrastructure projects.
Strong expertise in Route/Switch technologies, with specific experience in Meraki/Aruba switching and standard routing.
In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, hardware platforms, and security principles.
Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, PMP) are a plus.
