Russell Tobin and Associates is seeking a Business Strategy and Operations Lead for our global technology client working in San Francisco, CA.
Job Title: Business Strategy and Operations Lead
Pay: $79.00/hr. to $108.00/hr. (Based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, Days
Location: San Francisco. CA (Hybrid)
Contract Duration: 8 months, possible extension
Responsibilities:
- Building operational rigor - helping chart out and fulfill big bets for the business in line with the leadership's strategic vision
- Problem-solve with senior leaders to deliver strategic insights and recommendations based on business analyses to drive projects and initiatives forward
- Project manage major strategic initiatives across multiple tech teams and proactively engage client-wide stakeholders when needed (e.g., projects that cross Product, Sales, Marketing, and Policy)
- Launch and land organizational change management plans for mid- to long-term transformational initiatives
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a related field (Business, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Technical)
- Superb problem-solving skills with experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives
- Proven ability to collaborate with different team members to design processes and implement strategic projects that solve business problems
- Experience implementing strategic and large-scale initiatives in a demanding, change-oriented, fast-paced environment requiring a high degree of deadline-driven productivity
- High proficiency in structuring strategic analysis and messaging using spreadsheets and presentations
