Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to support facility build outs for a large enterprise level client. This person must work in the Maryland Heights, ,MO or Charlotte, NC office 4 days in office, 1 day remote. The contract gets a review every 6 months and gets extended based on performance. No permanent position is offered as it related to the contract.

Summary:
Responsibilities will include managing scope and schedule in coordination with IT delivery teams, project's executive status and reporting, maintaining high quality timely delivery of projects. The candidate must be a self-starter and who can think like an owner and can learn and understand what makes the business customer tick so that they can anticipate needs and issues. The PM will manage and control aspects of project delivery (triple constraint).

REQUIREMENTS:
* PMP certification or Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) required
* 5+ years of overall experience
* 4 years of practical project management experience with full responsibility for project delivery and management
* Background in Infrastructure
* Military background (preferred)
* Experience with Microsoft Project (MSP) is a must
* Experience with Jira is preferable
* Experience with scheduling physical Installs - routers and switches
* Organization and communication skills
* Relationship building and critical analysis skills
* Ability to manage triple constraint and PM fundamentals
* Ability to organize and manage tasks and requests in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to critically analyze business situations and develop solutions
* Ability to build high performing teams
* Ability to clearly and accurately communicate at a project and executive level
* Competency with PM tools and techniques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, project, etc.)
* Desire to learn and be part of the solution
* Experience with SDLC (Waterfall and/or AGILE), Network/Servers, Support, and application maintenance a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
