The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, building, and maintaining advanced solutions that streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Design, build, configure, test, deploy, and maintain solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform to streamline business workflows and automate manual tasks.
- Develop reusable components, scripts, and frameworks to support administrative processes and business operations.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and internal stakeholders to identify and analyze business problems, processes, and data to propose effective solutions.
- Document technical designs, release notes, and other project documentation to support development, security, operations, and maintenance.
- Iteratively work with colleagues, customers, and third parties during product development and quality assurance to ensure alignment with design specifications and business needs.
- Provide timely responses and solutions to issues that arise during day-to-day support of projects.
- Contribute to the development of standards and best practices for solutions built within the power platform, including governance and operating models.
- Collect, interpret, and report data findings to internal or external stakeholders to inform business decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least four years of experience in software engineering or development roles.
- Hands-on experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Dataverse, PowerBI) or other low-code/no-code platforms preferred.
- Programming or development experience in languages such as R, Python, Java, .Net, C#, or Visual Basic, preferably on automation and/or integration projects.
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar applications is a plus.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work on basic-to-moderately complex programming assignments and understand APIs, command line, client-server architecture, and networks.
- Exposure to methodologies like Lean, Six-Sigma, and Agile development preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Valid driver s license required and willingness to travel as needed to support project requirements.
