Salesforce Business Analyst
Omaha, NE
Key Responsibilities
- Own the ideation, documentation, enhancement, and delivery of Salesforce business processes and solutions.
- Drive business process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder collaboration within Salesforce Core Clouds.
- Partner with client subject matter experts and technical teams to translate business needs into clear technical requirements and actionable user stories.
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet requirements and maintain high quality.
- Communicate effectively to clarify priorities, direction, and status with client teams.
Required Qualifications
- Independent, self-starting problem solver with a passion for Salesforce and business analysis.
- Senior-level experience with Salesforce platform and business analysis.
- Skilled in Salesforce APIs, integration tools, and configuration.
- Proficient in Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (Required).
- Salesforce Certified Admin (Preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years in business analyst roles, preferably with enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Advanced knowledge of business process mapping and technical documentation.
- Proven track record collaborating with diverse business stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
