Skills
1. Resource must have ideally 1 to 3 years of network, server, wireless (basic), IMAC skills as a network technician, field technician, deskside support or field network engineer. Skills required: Laptops, desktops, Cisco phones, servers, switches, changing tapes in backup systems in
Data Centers.
2. Resource must have basic understanding of hardware and network connectivity (example LTE)
3. An previous Windows/Deskside Support experience is a bonus.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
On Site Support, using ServiceNow Ticket System handling problems ranging from reboots to hardware replacement.
Laptops, desktops, Cisco phones, servers, switches, changing tapes in backup systems in
Data Centers.
Troubleshooting network and Wi-Fi WAP issues.
Laying fiber and ethernet networks.
Familiar using FLUKE tools for troubleshooting network problems.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
