Job Description:

We're looking for a Sr. Project Manager with retail, supply chain, and SAP experience to lead critical initiatives from kickoff through delivery. Looking for 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

What You'll Do

  • Lead project kickoff, planning, milestones, and delivery
  • Manage scope, schedule, and financials while escalating risks as needed
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across business and technical teams
  • Provide clear status updates, documentation, and risk management
  • Oversee testing, rollout planning, cutover activities, and lessons learned

What We're Looking For (Required)

  • Proven Project Management experience in retail and supply chain environments
  • Hands-on SAP project management (implementations or enhancements)
  • Strong understanding of both Waterfall and Agile (SCRUM) methodologies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and drive accountability across teams
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
