PDM Technical Product Analyst

What is in it for you?

As a PDM Technical Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in implementing Provider Data Management (PDM) solutions. You'll collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to define provider data requirements, perform data mapping and profiling, and lead technical implementations integrated with HRP product modules.

Duties:
  • Lead customer sessions to define provider entities (practitioners, organizations, locations)

  • Align provider data definitions with customer business processes and HRP requirements

  • Document business keys and data hierarchies for ingestion processes

  • Manage project scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations

  • Establish and configure data quality rules tailored to customer use cases

  • Analyze customer data sources and perform data profiling

  • Map customer data to PDM models or standard roster formats ensuring integrity

  • Understand and navigate data flows between PDM and HRP systems

  • Master PDM data models, MDM components, and pipeline architectures

  • Use SQL to query, validate, and troubleshoot data issues

  • Support UI implementations and backend data interactions

  • Create user stories and technical specifications with clear acceptance criteria

  • Translate business needs into actionable development tasks

  • Lead grooming sessions and prioritize backlogs for engineering teams

  • Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and leadership

  • Demonstrate product features and lead training sessions

  • Support go-to-market and enablement initiatives

Required:
  • 3+ years in US Healthcare with strong understanding of provider data structures

  • Experience with HRP product modules and provider data entities

  • 3+ years of hands-on SQL experience

  • Strong data mapping, profiling, and validation skills

  • Experience with ETL/ELT and enterprise-scale web applications

  • 3+ years in SaaS-based Agile/Scrum environments

  • Experience in story mapping, writing user stories, and backlog management

  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships and complex implementations

  • Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders

Preferred:
  • Experience with HRP implementations

  • Background in ACO/IDN, hospital, or health system environments

  • Exposure to AI SDLC and LLM technologies

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field

  • Certifications in data management, healthcare informatics, or project management are a plus

  • High customer satisfaction scores
