Administrative Applications Administrator

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Administrative Applications Administrator for a Remote role.

Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and maintain administrative application systems to address complex operational issues, policies, and procedures
* Provide technical support to end users, including problem resolution and documentation to ensure timely solutions
* Research, plan, and implement software upgrades, patches, and new data capture and reporting requirements
* Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and readiness for system enhancements
* Lead projects involving administrative applications, including securing consultants, managing timelines, and resolving technical issues
* Create and manage user accounts for administrative applications while ensuring data security and integrity
* Extract data and assist in fulfilling institutional data needs, including federal, state, and internal reporting requirements
* Collaborate with the Director of Institutional Research to prioritize data needs and align with institutional strategies
* Perform other duties as assigned to support the institution's mission and goals

REQUIREMENTS:
* Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
* A minimum of five (5) years of direct experience with administrative application software systems, analysis, and design (preferably Ellucian Banner) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* Proficiency with administrative and educational computer systems (preferably Ellucian Banner), relational databases, and programming languages (Oracle, PostgreSQL, PL/SQL)
* Knowledge of systems analysis, project management, and software implementation processes
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting skills
* Effective communication and customer service skills to address end-user needs
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
