Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize enterprise-scale data pipelines and analytics platforms. This role focuses on enabling data-driven decision-making by delivering reliable, scalable, and high-quality data solutions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines (ETL/ELT)

  • Integrate data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, cloud platforms)

  • Ensure data quality, consistency, security, and governance

  • Optimize data workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability

  • Collaborate with architects, data scientists, AI engineers, and business teams

  • Monitor and troubleshoot data systems and resolve performance issues

Must-Have Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering

  • Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, C#, or Java

  • Hands-on experience with Azure Data Platform:

    • Azure Data Factory

    • Azure Databricks

    • Azure Synapse Analytics

    • SQL Server (IaaS / PaaS)

    • Power BI / Microsoft Fabric

  • Experience with Data Warehousing & Modeling

  • Strong knowledge of Data Integration, Data Quality, and Governance

  • Experience with Snowflake and/or Informatica Cloud (MDM, Data Quality) is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work with senior stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Certifications in Azure / Data Engineering

  • Professional services or consulting background

  • Client-facing or managed services experience
