Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on and architectural experience across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Service Mapping, and CSDM, with the ability to guide teams, define architecture standards, and engage directly with stakeholders.

  • CMDB Architecture & CSDM

  • ServiceNow Integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server)

  • JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts

Responsibilities

  • Architect and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and ITOM modules

  • Design and govern CMDB aligned with CSDM best practices

  • Lead ITOM implementations including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management

  • Architect integrations with enterprise systems (LDAP, AD, SAP, cloud platforms, monitoring tools)

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers

  • Ensure platform governance, security, scalability, and performance

  • Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and release management

  • Collaborate with stakeholders using Agile delivery models

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience

  • 2 3+ years in a Lead or Architect role

  • Strong ITIL process knowledge and implementation experience

  • Hands-on scripting and configuration experience

  • Experience with Flow Designer, workflows, reporting, and UI configurations

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certifications: CSA, CAD, CTA (Preferred)

  • ITIL Foundation, TOGAF, or IT4IT certification

  • Experience with AWS / Azure integrations

  • DevOps or CI/CD exposure for ServiceNow deployments
