Technical Data Lead Salesforce Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid or Remote Flexibility Depending on Candidate)
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Brooksource is partnering with a leading healthcare organization to hire a Salesforce Technical Data Lead to support the development, integration, and optimization of their Salesforce platform. This role will focus on building and maintaining scalable data pipelines, managing integrations across multiple systems, and supporting Salesforce Data Cloud and AI-related initiatives. You ll serve as the go-to technical expert across business and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain integration diagrams across Salesforce orgs and connected systems
  • Lead technical requirements sessions and translate business needs into architecture and specifications
  • Monitor integration feeds and collaborate with broader teams to resolve any data-related disruptions
  • Identify opportunities to improve performance, scale, and stability across the Salesforce data ecosystem
  • Support Salesforce Data Cloud and AI capabilities as they continue to grow and evolve
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including App Integration, CoEs, and business stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 4 6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce data solutions, integrations, and platform development
  • Proficient in:
    • APEX, Visualforce, SOQL
    • REST, SOAP, FHIR, Kafka protocols
    • Integration tools: Mulesoft, Boomi, Workato, SnapLogic, Denodo, APIGEE, or Informatica FUSE
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Lightning (preferred), data modeling, and integration architecture
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor others across departments
  • Certifications:
    • Salesforce Platform Developer I (Required)
    • Salesforce Integration Architect (Preferred but flexible depending on experience)
