We are seeking a Full Stack Java Developer for a W2 contract opportunity based in Pittsburgh, PA. This hybrid role requires three days onsite and two days remote per week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for modifying existing software to resolve issues, enhance performance, and ensure compatibility with updated hardware and system interfaces. Additionally, the developer will design and implement software systems using scientific and mathematical approaches to evaluate the outcomes and impacts of their designs.

In this role, the developer will work closely with engineering teams to assess the interaction between hardware and software, define technical specifications, and address customer concerns. The position also includes advising clients on software maintenance needs and directly participating in the upkeep of systems. Candidates must be capable of creating and overseeing comprehensive testing and validation procedures to guarantee the reliability and efficiency of software solutions.

The position requires proficiency in Java, backend Java development, Micro UI, JavaScript, and HTML. While not mandatory, experience with Angular is considered a valuable asset.
