Linux system administration skills file system administration, volumes, permissions, user management, group management, service management, security, shell scripting, cron. Experience with multiple Linux distributions a plus, particularly Ubuntu, Alpine, CentOS, RHEL.
Hands on experience on KVM hypervisor, Ubuntu 18.04,20.04 and 22.04, Network troubleshooting and clear routing concepts from hosts perspective, managing virtual machines under KVM and clear understanding of infrastructure pieces like File systems, RAID, DNS, etc.
Network skills: TCP/IP, UDP, basic routing, cloud networking, DNS
