Job Posting Title:   Product Manager: IV (Lead)

6 Months Contract to Hire

Description:   

Product & Technology team. This critical role will lead the development and execution of innovative product initiatives that drive the future of real estate experiences. You will focus on creating forward-thinking solutions that empower our brokerage teams, leveraging emerging technologies and data-driven insights. The Sr Product Manager will partner closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful products, champion a customer-first mindset, and foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Collaborate with business partners through design thinking workshops, elaboration sessions, and other techniques to define and prioritize your product roadmap and backlog.

• Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements that align with your product’s vision for innovation.

Drive Product Development

• Partner with technical leads, UX designers, and your scrum team (Pod) to refine and deliver cutting-edge products.

• Actively serve as Product Owner, writing epics and user stories, and ensuring backlog readiness.

 

Operational Leadership

• Own product ceremonies and communications, including sprint demos, bi-weekly updates, portfolio reviews, and planning sessions.

• Champion agile best practices and foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Analyze product performance and user behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and optimizations.

• Create reports and dashboards to inform stakeholders and guide strategic decisions.

Innovation & Industry Awareness

• Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, machine learning, data analytics, and real estate technology.

• Explore new tools and frameworks to enhance product capabilities and user experience.

Tools & Collaboration

• Utilize platforms such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Microsoft Teams, Copilot, and modern analytics tools.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.

What You Need to Succeed

 

Experience

o Minimum 5+ years as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, or similar role.

o Proven success in defining product roadmaps and delivering innovative solutions in an agile/scrum environment.

o Experience working with cloud-based platforms, APIs, and modern web/mobile technologies.

o Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, data-driven product development, and experimentation frameworks.

 

Skills

o Strong ability to elicit requirements, perform gap analyses, and translate business needs into technical specifications.

o Proficient in documenting system design, creating flowcharts, and visualizing complex processes.

o Analytical mindset with experience in data visualization tools and interpreting metrics for actionable insights.

Leadership & Communication

o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to influence without formal authority.

o Strong consensus-building and stakeholder management capabilities.

o Detail-oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
