Job Description

Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

5+ years in software engineering, DevOps, or information security roles.

2+ years in a leadership, technical lead, or project coordination role.

Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts, standards, and practices

Familiarity with cloud security (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform).

Experience with secure development practices, vulnerability management, and risk assessment.

Ability to review technical designs and propose improvements from a security perspective.

Management & Soft Skills:

Proven track record of coordinating cross-functional teams.

Strong project management skills (Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make balanced decisions under pressure.

Strong documentation and reporting skills.


Preferred to Have:

Professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, AWS Security Specialty).

Any previous experience in automotive cybersecurity or regulated industries.

Knowledge of any compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, automotive-specific security standards).

Hands-on experience with security tools (SIEM, IDS/IPS, SAST/DAST, penetration testing).




Requirements

Job Responsibilities

Act as the primary coordinator for all activities related to the cybersecurity direction.

Collaborate with multiple engineering, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure timely delivery of cybersecurity-related tasks.

Translate project requirements into clear technical tasks and ensure proper prioritization.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineers, ensuring cybersecurity best practices are followed.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues.

Communicate status, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders and management.

Support planning, estimation, and resource allocation for cybersecurity projects.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security frameworks.

Serve as a bridge between technical teams and project/product management.
