Overview:

 

Our client, seeks an accomplished Senior IV&V (Independent Verification & Validation) Lead.

*** Duration: 18 Months with an optional additional 18 months (36 Months max)

 

Notes:

  • Primarily remote work. Occasional onsite visits may be required (details to be confirmed during the interview).

 

Description:

  • Provides independent oversight for the FI$Cal Book of Record Functionality Migration, ensuring IT systems align with business processes through technical assessments, risk reviews, requirements traceability, system evaluations, and test verifications.
  • Develops IV&V reports and documentation, identifying defects, and communicating recommendations to stakeholders like project managers and executive sponsors.

 

Qualifications:

  • ITIL certification is highly desirable.
  • The Senior Technical Lead must have a minimum of eight years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes. At least five years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
  • A minimum of five years' experience providing the following IV&V tasks.
  • Observing and assessing tools, artifacts, and activities relating to design, development, coding, testing, databases, and project management.
  • Assessment of business, technical, and enterprise architecture artifacts, tools, and environments.
  • Developing IV&V monthly activity reports.
  • Conducting risk and issue list reviews.
  • Performing requirements traceability matrix analysis.
  • Performing system requirements evaluation.
  • Conducting system test assessment and verification.
  • Developing IV&V task reports.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • The Senior Technical Lead has more than eight years' experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes. At least five (5) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.
  • The Senior Technical Lead has an ITIL 4 Certification. A copy of a current valid certificate must be provided to be eligible for the points.
