A local Sioux Falls insurance agency is looking to bring in two M365/Power Platform Resources for 12-month contracts.
Microsoft 365 Adoption & Enablement Specialist:
This contract role is responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and driving the adoption of new Microsoft 365 features and updates across the business. The role will act as a bridge between Microsoft's evolving cloud platform and business stakeholders, ensuring new capabilities are assessed, communicated and implemented in a secure, compliant, and value-driven manner. This role will focus on understanding M365 roadmap changes, analyzing business impact, piloting features, and working with others through organizational change management and user adoption.
Essential Functions:
1. Monitor M365 roadmap, message center updates, and release notes
2. Working with product owners to analyze new and updated M365 product features.
3. Assess business value, risk, compliance and technical readiness of new capabilities with the product owners.
4. Develop adoption strategies and rollout plans for approved m365 features partnering with appropriate teams to ensure smooth implementation
5. Create user guidance, FAQs, and best-practice documentation
6. Gather feedback from users and stakeholders and track adoption metrics
7. Identify opportunities to improve productivity through better use of M365 tools
8. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
9. Collaboration, documentation and presentation skills
10. Proactive mindset and desire to continuously learn.
Microsoft SharePoint Online and Power Platform Engineer:
This contract role is responsible for supporting SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments, with a focus on troubleshooting complex issues and designing sites and workflow solutions to meet business requests. The role will work within established governance frameworks to deliver reliable, secure solutions and support business needs.
Essential Functions:
1. Design and implement SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions aligning business needs and governance standards.
2. Work directly with business stakeholders to gather and document technical requirements
3. Configure, customize and develop SharePoint site components, libraries, lists and metadata structures.
4. Advanced troubleshooting of permissions, inheritance, access issues, and content problems. Ability to diagnose workflow failures and connector errors.
5. Advanced troubleshooting capability with Power Automate flows and Power Apps
6. Hands-on experience managing and deploying updates across Power Platform environments
7. Advanced knowledge with creating and applying governance controls, security roles and DLP policies within SharePoint Online and Power Platform environments.
8. Ability to independently investigate and resolve complex platform issues
9. Monitor and report on performance, usage, and health of SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
10. Provide documentation and guidance to business users on platform capabilities and best practices
11. Proactive mindset and desire to continuously learn.

This is a Contract position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $70.00/hr.
