Overview:

We're looking for a seasoned SAP Enterprise Architect to provide strategic leadership and architectural vision for our S/4HANA and S/4HANA Public Cloud projects. This role involves deep client engagement, guiding functional teams, and driving pre-sales efforts. You'll be the key architect ensuring our SAP solutions align with client objectives, budget, and SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guiding Resources: Mentor and develop project team members

• Client Engagement: Cultivate strong client partnerships by leading engagement, aligning project teams with client strategic goals, and facilitating optimal solution decisions."

• Project Management: Drive efficient project delivery, ensuring high quality and adherence to budget constraints through optimized solution design across multiple concurrent projects.

• Stakeholder Communication

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in SAP implementation across multiple modules, FICO and SCM at minimum; Majority in a consulting role.

• Proven track of mentoring and guiding consultants on projects.

• Hands-on experience in SAP FICO, SCM, OTC; Configuring, developing, and managing all aspects of SAP S/4 modules and especially their integrations.

• Excellent understanding of SAP org structure elements and advising clients on how to apply them.

• SAP solution implementation experience in multiple industries.

• Extensive experience with evaluating and designing integrations with non-SAP systems, like CRM, Field Service Management, Manufacturing Execution.

• Staying up to date with the latest SAP innovations, S/4HANA, and especially SAP Public Cloud advancements, and best practices.

• Proven experience in fostering strong collaboration across functional teams (SD, MM, FI/CO) to maintain solution integrity and mitigate potential conflicts.

• Experience with supporting pre-sales and RFP responses; Quickly comprehending client s situation, goals, providing initial architectural vision.

• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud, SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud offerings.

• Experience with cutover and data migrations, overseeing the plan, and data migration design decisions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and with clients teams.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A master s degree is preferred.

• SAP certification(s) in relevant modules.

Additional Requirements:

• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours if necessary.

• Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or training sessions.
