Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Data Specialist to join our team in Weston, Florida. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a crucial role in supporting the production of Pre-Operative Plans for robotic-assisted surgeries. The ideal candidate will excel in accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration to meet individual and team production goals. Responsibilities:
Create and manage cases using a proprietary case management system to ensure smooth workflow.
Analyze CT scans for compliance with specific surgical protocols and standards.
Utilize advanced software to segment CT scans and develop 3D anatomical bone models for robotic surgery.
Design comprehensive pre-operative surgical plans for robotic-assisted hip and knee replacements.
Conduct thorough reviews of CT segmentations and surgical plans to ensure accuracy in anatomical landmarks, implant sizes, and positioning.
Upload finalized pre-plans to designated field personnel within required timelines.
Maintain detailed documentation of all tasks and processes following established guidelines and methods.
Adhere strictly to work instructions to produce consistent and high-quality results.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and support department goals.
Occasionally work overtime as needed to meet increased demand and deadlines.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
Proficiency in using digital tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and specialized software.
Solid understanding of case management and planning processes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
Familiarity with surgical procedures, implant positioning, and robotic surgery is a plus.
Ability to work onsite in Weston, Florida, and handle occasional overtime when required.
Demonstrated ability to meet production targets and maintain high-quality output.
