Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Integration & API Development

  • Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Workday Extend, and EIBs.
  • Develop and support integration between Workday and third-party systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, identity management).
  • Ensure secure, scalable, and compliant data exchange across platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring high system availability.

Workday HR Administration

  • Serve as a Workday functional administrator for core HR modules (HCM, Compensation, Talent, Absence, etc.).
  • Configure business processes, security roles, and reporting within Workday.
  • Support HR teams with system enhancements, data audits, and release management.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in API development and system integration.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday administration and configuration.
  • Proficiency with Workday Studio, Extend, EIBs, and Workday Web Services (WWS).
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and data structures.
  • Experience with authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML) and security best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday certifications in Integration Core, Studio, Extend, or HCM.
  • Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
