Job Details
- Seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner (5+ years) with a strong background in manufacturing recruiting to support high-volume hiring (40+ roles) at our Clifton Park site.
- This role will work closely with the site manager, own the end-to-end recruiting process, and drive creative sourcing strategies to attract and retain talent.
- Must be results-driven, highly organized, and skilled in building strong relationships.
