Job Title: Desktop Support Technician
Contract duration: 3+ months
Job Location: Stamford, CT 06902
Position Type: Hourly contract (W2 only)
Job description:
- Must have MAC Skills and experience, MAC OS, Windows 10/11.
- Must have experience with desktop/laptop repair, and laptop/ desktop server.
- A+ certification is preferred.
- Software, hardware and networking support for desktops, laptops Installs and maintains PCs and associated software.
- Installs and maintains PCs and associated software, and peripherals.
- Provides follow-up on problems or escalation.
- Ensures client specific Service Level Agreements are met and incident and request tickets are updated accordingly within the ticketing system.
- Provides support for software, hardware and networking support for desktops, laptops.
