Hogan Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for a seasoned Hogan Developer to lead and support business process transformation initiatives within a financial services environment. This role involves providing advanced technical and operational support for core systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
* Requirements Gathering: Partner with business and technology teams to define project scope and objectives; Document system requirements through specifications, reports, and project plans; Facilitate reviews and status meetings, and maintain agendas, minutes, and action logs
* Collaboration: Coordinate meetings with stakeholders and technical teams; Maintain strong working relationships across departments and with external partners
* Data Analysis: Compile and interpret data to identify trends and efficiencies; Communicate findings clearly to support decision-making
* System Support: Provide daily technical support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend enhancements; Assist with testing and quality assurance activities
* Reporting: Generate reports based on data analysis and system performance; Highlight discrepancies and opportunities for improvement
* Documentation: Develop and manage business and functional documentation, including gap analyses, process flows, and prototypes

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support; Or High School diploma/GED and 8 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support
* 2+ years of relevant experience
* Experience should also include knowledge of Hogan's process dictionary components, and PCD's and reflect heavy involvement in conversions, development, or implementation of new releases of the Hogan systems
* Candidates should possess knowledge of the Hogan application, i.e., Hogan Deposits (DDA & TDA & LOC & CIS)
* Superior problem-solving capabilities and communication skills (verbal and written) are required
* Programmer/Analyst must have experience in CICS/VTAM and/or IMS/DB2, COBOL II, Easytrieve, JCL, MVS operating system, Expeditor, Endeavor, and/or Changeman source managers

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
