Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated IAM Analyst to join our cybersecurity operations team. In this role, you will manage identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and entitlement management across multiple platforms. You will work closely with business partners to resolve access issues, ensure compliance with security frameworks, and maintain operational excellence in a fast-paced, queue-based environment. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on enterprise security while collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging cutting-edge IAM technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform provisioning, deprovisioning, and entitlement management across platforms (Unix/Linux, Windows, databases, Mainframe/RACF).
  • Resolve Level 2 identity management issues and collaborate with business partners to address access challenges.
  • Assist in improving deployment processes, tool usage, and maintaining operational procedures.
  • Support large-scale Technology Operations deliverables and contribute to planning and issue resolution.
  • Utilize ServiceNow and internal tools (ART & AIMS) for ticket management and SLA adherence.
  • Maintain high performance measured by volume, SLA compliance, and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD.
  • Familiarity with authentication standards: LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, SCIM.
  • Knowledge of security compliance frameworks: ISO, NIST, SOX, PCI.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise ticketing systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a queue-based operations environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have:
  • Additional experience with LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, SCIM, and Azure AD.

This is a Contract position based out of Chandler, AZ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.62 - $37.00/hr.
